Yvonne Santos
Master Trainer

Yvonne has over 20 years of personal training experience. She was mentored under one of the toughest, most respected trainer's in New York City - Radu. This experience gave Yvonne a clear understanding of how to customize training to a specific regimen that ensures individual client success.

Through gained experience and education, Yvonne specialized her talents in body shaping and strength training. She also takes great pride in helping to educate her clients on every aspect of their training regimen in order to accomplish specific and targeted goals.

Over the years, Yvonne's one-on-one personal attention to detail has gained her some of New York's most famous clients - most notably Lou Gossett, Jr. (one of her 50+ clients). Yvonne does not stop with a one-hour training session, she advises her clients on nutritional needs and lifestyle recommendations. Yvonne also enjoys learning and helping with weight reduction, aerobics and even kick boxing for some clients.

Her experience with 50+ baby boomers makes her a perfect trainer to join 50fifty in its early stages. Yvonne's experience in this area has helped shape the 50fifty regime, specifically the Power Plate which is a core element of 50fifty's workout regimen.

When Yvonne is not training for 50fifty, she enjoys snow skiing, tennis, bicycling and motorcycling.
