Body Fitness Training: 45 minutes
It is now well researched that exercising your body not only improves your general health, strength and mobility while reducing your weight, it also helps your brain continue to develop and function to its fullest potential.

At 50fifty our trainers understand the relationship between the body and the brain and put together a customized workout especially to meet your needs and requirements. We use specialized equipment that enables you to do everything in 45 minutes that you normally do in a regular gym in one hour.

Measurements:
At 50fifty it's much more than just occasionally weighing you on the scale. To see how you are doing we use the most advanced technology possible to track and measure your progress after every 12th session.

Body Fat: Body fat percentage is the amount of body fat in proportion to your body weight.

Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR): This is the daily minimum level of energy or calories needed at rest to function effectively.

Metabolic Age: This feature compares your BMR to the average age associated with that level of metabolism.

Body Water Percentage: This is the total amount of fluid in the body expressed as a percentage of total weight.

Visceral Fat: This is the fat in the abdominal cavity (stomach) surrounding the vital organs.

Bone Mass: This feature indicates the weight of bone (bone mineral level including calcium) in the body.

Muscle Mass: This feature indicates the weight of muscle in the body.

Physique Rating: As you increase your activity levels, the weight may or may not change, but the balance of body fat and muscle mass may alter changing one's overall physique.

Weight: I think we all know what this is!!!

All of this is provided to you in less than 3 minutes by simply stepping on our Body Composition Monitor and remains confidential between you and your trainer.
